Kennel Information

CURRENT IMMUNIZATIONS ARE REQUIRED

For the health and safety of your dog, we require all immunizations to be current for:

Rabies
Distemper Combo
Bordetella

We will require a copy of your dog's immunization records at time of check in. Faxing immunization records in advance of your stay will expedite check in.

FEEDING

We provide Iams brand Lamb & Rice or Chicken based dry formula. However, you may provide your own dry and/or canned food. We will feed your food at no additional cost, however, the food must be in a re-sealable container to keep it fresh, labeled with the dog's name and the amount to be fed. No Exceptions. *There will be an extra charge for meals requiring special preparation.

BEDDING

Bedding material is currently being accepted, but only if it has been freshly laundered and it has the pet's name indelibly imprinted on it. If pet soils their bedding, it will be removed from the run. Ashcroft Kennels will not be held responsible for damaged bedding material.

TOYS

One toy will be permitted per dog. To prevent objects from getting stuck in the drainage system, at least part of each dog toy must be larger than a tennis ball. Ashcroft Kennels will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items.

OTHER ITEMS

To avoid confusion at check out time, no measuring cups, bowls, brushes or leashes will be accepted.

SPECIAL NEEDS

The following are classified as special needs: Dogs that need injectable medication, Blind-need help outdoors, Deaf-need help outdoors, Geriatric-need help to walk, go outdoors. There will be an additional charge of $5.00 per day. Injectables will be charged $5.00 each time administered.

ORAL MEDICATIONS

We will administer owner-provided oral mediation in accordance with instructions. There is an additional charge of $2.00 per administration for this service.
